Service begins as soon as your initial payment is processed. Your subscription will continue without renewal notice until you cancel. If you cancel before we have serviced your boat you’ll be fully refunded. Should you cancel after your boat has been serviced, your payment is non-refundable and your service will continue until the end of that month’s billing period. Your monthly rate is not subject to change, if such change shall occur you will be notified by email and you may continue or have the option to cancel services. Cancellations can be requested via email boatdefenders@gmail.com. Your vessel will be detailed throughout the inside areas and cleaned on the outside. We will not wax or polish your vessel unless otherwise requested. Your dock will be pressure washed and cleaned each time.
